Yes. CareOS saves the patient’s ABHA number and address, records your facility (HFR) and doctor (HPR) IDs, and can share health records in the government’s ABDM format.
Where is patient data stored?
Inside your own hospital, on a local server. Our cloud only handles your licence, updates and system health. It never stores patient data.
What if the internet stops working?
The hospital keeps working. OPD, wards, lab, pharmacy and billing all run on the local server. Updates sync when the internet comes back.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. Along with the computer version, there is an Android and iPhone app covering reception, vitals, consultation, wards, lab, pharmacy and billing, plus all 24 reports.
How does billing work?
CareOS makes one GST bill with consultation, lab, scans, medicines and bed charges together. It supports insurance and TPA patients, part payments and pending balances.
Can it show our hospital’s name and logo?
Yes. Printed slips, prescriptions, reports and bills carry your hospital’s name and logo. A full white-label option is also available.
Can we start small and add departments later?
Yes. The Clinic plan starts with OPD, pharmacy and billing. You can add wards, lab, X-ray and insurance when you grow.
Can patients see their lab reports online?
Yes. Patients can open their verified lab reports with a link on their phone.
