Yes. Stitchly can run on a computer in your shop with an automatic backup every night. Only SMS and WhatsApp alerts need the internet.
Can I manage more than one branch?
Yes. Each branch keeps its own daily work, and the owner sees all branches together. Staff only see the branches you allow.
How are karigar payments calculated?
You set a rate for each item a karigar makes. When finished pieces are received, their earnings are added automatically. Salaried staff get a monthly salary instead.
Can my customers track their order?
Yes. Each order has its own link. Customers can open it on their phone to see if their clothes are being cut, stitched or are ready.
Which clothes and measurements does it support?
All of them. You decide the items (kurta, blouse, lehenga, coat and more) and the measurements (length, chest, kamar, gala, baju and more) for each item.
Can I print slips and reports?
Yes. The customer slip prints with your shop name and branch, and all 10 reports download as PDF or Excel.
Does Stitchly calculate GST?
Yes. Rate, GST and total are calculated when you book, and the GST summary report is ready whenever you need it.
Can each staff member have their own login?
Yes. Owner, manager, front desk, cutting master, measurer, accountant and karigar each see only what their role allows.
